This machine is specially designed for aluminum capsule cups coffee products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder etc. ) to be filled and sealed. Can automatic do K cup, nesspro capsule cup, lavazza cups and so on.

All the parts of machine contact with liquid are made of stainless steel .PLC touch screen control. Working Process: Falling cups:  Cups drop down one by one automatically. Filling coffee powder:  Auger filling type. Press coffee:  Press coffee tight when filling. Blow away powder:  Blow away powder on the mold and edge of cups. Sucking putting foils: Vacuum arm suck and put foils. First sealing: 0-300°c can be adjusted. Second sealing:   0-300°c can be adjusted. pushout finished cups: Push-out finished cups to a platform. We also can configuration the conveyor.
